Today the 3 main Scania workshops in Johor Bahru, Butterworth and Shah Alam are certified according to the Scania Dealer Operating Standard (DOS), ensuring that stringent world-wide standards for working methods and customer treatment are implemented. Two more workshops will be certified in 2007.

The Scania support is available not only in Malaysia, but also extends to Thailand and Singapore. Scania has established a specialised service network of wholly-owned workshops that stretches from Singapore through Peninsular Malaysia all the way to Bangkok and northern Thailand; as well as in East Malaysia. This means that all of our support services like technical knowledge, replacement parts, and service expertise are equally close by even for international haulage or cross-border bus operators.
